Where an article describes a rule, such as the U.S. 24-hour cancellation requirement or European compensation for delays, we base it on the official source, for example the Code of Federal Regulations, the U.S. Department of Transportation or the European Commission, and link to that source at the end of the article. We do not publish invented statistics or fare predictions. Rules and airline policies change, so each guide shows its publication date and we update or correct articles when we learn something has changed.
What we are not
